TIS THE SEASON FOR GIVING | For the 2018 holiday season Coca-Cola released new holiday bottles featuring a “gift tag”. The campaign centered around small acts of kindness that are as easy to achieve as giving a Coke.
Inspired by the true story of “Miracle on 22nd Street,” Coke was on a mission to spark moments of cheer, love and hope during the 2018 holiday season. We worked with Coke and Thrillist to develop an original mini-series empowering an “influencer Santa” to deliver Holiday Coke bottles + “Holiday Miracles” to teens, multicultural communities coming together in Friendsgiving, families staying home for the holidays, and loved ones embracing family traditions with lasting memories.
The takeaway? Small acts of kindness can inspire an enormous movement – and we’ve invited America to get involved.
We influenced audiences to spark joy in their own life by giving back. This “Merry Movement” galvanized viewers on social media to share stories about the people in their life who exuded holiday cheer by posting comments to the Merry Moments page on Facebook. People were then rewarded with special Holiday Gift Tag Cokes, encouraging viewers everywhere to share joy, share cheer and #ShareACoke.
